 Jason and his family are proud to call
Sanibel home and love the island lifestyle, outdoor activities and
abundance of wildlife. Growing up in the Midwest, Jason's family
vacationed on Sanibel since he was two years old. The island was
their second home, so he was able to experience the island growing
up as a child.
After graduating college at the Florida State University School of
Business with a degree in marketing, he decided Sanibel was the
ideal location to build his real estate career. His wife Theresa
has been working with him in real estate for years and their
children (Andrew & Megan) attend school and the rec program on
Sanibel. Jason has been actively involved in many island programs
and has been a top producing real estate agent since starting in
1999. His love for the islands, local knowledge and marketing
background combine to make the perfect match for helping clients
achieve their real estate goals.
In order to stay on the cutting edge of this ever-changing
business; Jason has completed various courses in Core Law, 1031 Tax
Deferred Exchange, Internet Marketing, Advanced Ethics, Website
development, and continuing education.
Jason's goal is to use his experience to help families accomplish
their real estate goals on Sanibel/Captiva and the surrounding
area. "The islands are such a unique place surrounded by
conservation land, miles of white sugar sand beaches, and an
abundance of wildlife-creating a wonderful paradise for visitors. I

John Nicholson, Realtor |

 John Nicholson has been a Realtor
associate on Sanibel and Captiva since 1983. After initially
coming to the islands in 1962 with his family on vacation, John
decided to make this his permanent home in 1977 and has been
enjoying the area ever since. He then attended Edison Community
College where he studied and played golf and discovered his passion
for the game.
John has sold every type of real estate in the area from dirt to
mansions including condominiums, homes, commercial buildings, and
multi-family tracts. With over 100 satisfied property owners still
enjoying the island lifestyle, John has befriended his clients and
has developed an excellent referral source for new clientele.
John is an avid golfer and was also the assistant professional at
South Seas Plantation on Captiva in 1980. He and his wife Teresa
have been married for 22 years, love to travel together, and spend
their time away from the office enjoying the islands white sugar
sand beaches.
John is always available for his clients by phone or email and his
favorite saying is "Remember you have a friend in the business"-so

Jim Artale, Broker
Associate
 Jim Artale
comes from a strong background in management, marketing and real
estate. His skills in negotiating contracts, market analysis and
finding the deals, have been developed from years of experience at
the corporate level, directing acquisitions and leases of all types
of commercial, industrial and residential
properties.
After receiving his
Brokers license in 1987, he immediately succeeded in being selected
in the elite group of the nations top performers where he remains
today. He is highly recognized
for his work ethics, honesty and satisfied customers which all lead
to client referrals, the main stay of his business.
Jim and his wife Alice
have lived in S.W. Florida since 1985, moving from the northeast.
Both enjoy living in paradise, spending many hours with their four
grandchildren.
Theresa Lomano,
Realtor
 Theresa
grew up on the west coast of Florida and vacationed on Sanibel as a
child. She moved to the Fort Myers/Sanibel area over a decade ago
and is proud to call Sanibel home! Florida has always been "home"
for her and one of the main reasons why she is so passionate about
being a Realtor ... because she feels it is easy to sell something
that she believes in..from the pristine beaches, sunsets, nature,
weather, and activities to the pure enjoyment of living the Florida
lifestyle.
Theresa realizes that in today's real
estate market it’s important to have confidence in your real
estate professional. Her commitment as a REALTOR is to provide you
with the specialized real estate service you deserve. Theresa has been a licensed Realtor
since 2001 and has continued education in Real Estate, including:
new home certification, green building education, short sale
education, REO certification. She is also a member of the
Sanibel/ Captiva , Fort Myers Associates of Realtors and the
Florida/ National Association of Realtors.
Theresa is happily married to Jason
Lomano, who also shares the love of being a Real Estate
Professional, together they are part of a team called Lomano-
Nicholson & Associates with combined expertise in the real
estate business for over 60 years expertise in Real
Estate.
Theresa and Jason have two beautiful
children Andrew and Megan; along with their sweet dogs Roxy and
Lola. The children attend the Sanibel School and are involved in
the Sanibel Recreational program along with other actives on and
off Island
Keith
McMenamy,
Realtor
 Keith McMenamy moved to Southwest
Florida in 1974 and quickly found paradise on Sanibel & Captiva
Islands.
In 1979 Keith received his real-estate license and began a career
in the vacation rental business on the islands that lasted over 30
years. Most recently Keith was managing partner for the VIP
Vacation Rental Program for 8 years helping hundreds of clients
enjoy their dream of owning a vacation rental property. Being
surrounded by the real-estate business, he has taken the next step
as a full time Realtor with VIP Realty Group, Inc and has joined
together his expertise with the Lomano-Nicholson & Associates
group.
Keith is a member of the Sanibel Captiva Association of Realtors,
the Florida Association of Realtors and the National Association of
Realtors.
Keith is also past president and current board member of the
Southwest Florida chapter of the Coastal Conservation Association
and past president of the Sanibel Captiva Vacation Rental Managers
Association.
When not busy in the real-estate business Keith spends his time
fishing, boating, hunting, coaching little league baseball and
enjoying the beautiful beaches of Southwest Florida with his wife
and their 2 children and their dog Boo.
